EVENT PRICING

Adult General Admission tickets can be upgraded 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙙𝙖𝙮 𝙤𝙛 to a Pit Pass for $5, Kids GA tickets can be upgraded the day of for $25, You must be seated in GA to watch the events. All attendees must have a ticket. Tickets available will be limited to our maximum grandstand occupancy. If we reach this occupancy level prior to the event we will not have any onsite tickets available for purchase 5/31/25.

Ticketing for the 2025 Mace Thomas Classic will be handled by High Limit Racing.

ENTRY INFORMATION

Ticket holders will form two lines at the GA admission gate. Each line will have a cooler check station, ticket scan, and hand stamp station. The entry gates will be used for ENTRY ONLY until otherwise posted. The EXIT gate will be to the West of the main gate. Those that need to purchase tickets (if available) to the event will form separate lines at the ticket windows, upon purchasing tickets they will then need to proceed through the admission gate line. Those that need to upgrade their GA tickets to a pit pass will need to do so at the designated Pit Pass Upgrade station. This will be located INSIDE THE GA AREA at the GA/Pit Gate behind the turn 1 Grandstands until otherwise posted. Pit pass upgrades are $5/adult and $25/child.

Those who upgrade to a pit pass must sign a waiver of liability form, Minors will require an additional form to be completed. Minor waiver forms can be completed in advance by downloading from the link below.

PIT PASSES

Pit passes will be $45 and only available at the pit window on the day of the event. All GA tickets can be upgraded to Pit Passes. Pit pass upgrades are $5/adult and $25/child. Solo Pit passes (NO GA SEATING) will be reserved for competitors and their teams the day of the event and are limited in quantity.

If you are a fan wishing to browse the pits, we suggest you purchase a GA ticket in advance and upgrade to a pit pass the day of to ensure you have a GA seat to view the event.

PRE-SALE ONLINE TICKET INFO

Download in Advance: Service is very limited at the track, please be sure to download your ticket in advance.

QR Code: The QR code on your ticket is all you need for entry.
Make sure it is clearly visible when you present your ticket at the event.

Backup Copy: It’s a good idea to have a backup copy of your ticket, either printed or as a screenshot, in case you experience any technical difficulties. Contact Us: If you have any issues downloading, printing, or saving your ticket, please contact our support team at 517-617-9677 As a last resort we can look up ticket(s) by the purchaser’s name. This will require the purchaser to be on hand with their photo ID. This may require your removal from the entry line and require you to join the back of the entry line to process other attendees in a timely manner. Tickets available are limited to our maximum grandstand occupancy. IF we reach this occupancy level prior to the event we will not have any onsite tickets available for purchase the day of the event. All tickets are subject to availability and sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets will be delivered electronically to the email address provided during the purchase process.

EVENT PARKING

Our team will do our best to park you in an orderly fashion. Please follow their direction and be sure to be courteous to others. Please be mindful of parking in configurations that will block our lane-ways as well as parking 3-4 cars deep. Motorized vehicles such as golf carts, side by sides, ride-on lawn mowers, quads, dirt bikes, etc., are not permitted for this event. Bikes and other non-motorized vehicles are allowed. Mobility scooters and other similar necessary personal transportation devices are permitted. No Camping in the event parking lots, you must register to camp in the designated camping area. Parking campers and motorhomes in the event parking area makes them subject to tow at the owner’s expense. No trailers are permitted in the event parking area, they will be subject to tow at the owner’s expense. HANDICAP PARKING WILL BE LOCATED IN THE FIRST FEW ROWS

GRANDSTAND INFORMATION

Seat Size: Each ticket holder is entitled to one 20” wide seat. Cooler Size: This event features unique cooler regulations. A “Six Pack” size cooler will only be permitted. The size limitations are 10” x 8” x 8”. Cooler Contents: Outside food and drinks, including alcoholic beverages, are allowed. NO GLASS BOTTLES! Stadium Seats: Portable stadium seats with seat backs are not permitted for this event. Seat Cushions: Seat cushions are allowed so long as they do not exceed 20” in width. Seat saving: Early admission to secure seats will NOT be permitted for this event. Saving multiple seats using blankets or other methods at any point is not permitted. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to these seating arrangements. We appreciate your cooperation in making the event enjoyable for everyone. We are a cash only facility with no ATM on site, plan accordingly. NO SMOKING: No smoking, vaping, e-cigs, in the grandstands. Violators are subject to removal without refund. You are welcome to enjoy tobacco and marijuana in other forms, just not by smoking or vaping in the grandstands. Seat Location Adjustments: Event organizers reserve the right to make seat location adjustments to maximize seating capacity and accommodate the comfort of attendees. In the event of landlocked seats (a single seat that has not been seated and is positioned between others that have), ticket holders may be relocated within the same row to allow for the grouping of attendees and optimize seating arrangements. Event organizers will strive to maintain the overall quality of the seating experience. All attendees must comply with security checks, cooler checks, and follow the instructions of event staff. Age Restrictions: All ages are welcome to attend. It is suggested that attendees under the age of 16 be accompanied by a responsible adult.

VENDORS

Driver and series merchandise trailers will be located to the West outside of the main GA Entry gate, no ticket will be required to purchase merchandise located outside of the GA fence. Additional food vendors will be staged behind the west GA grandstands.

CAMPING

Camping Availability and Pricing

Limited Sites: We have 100 camping sites available.

Site Size: Each site is approximately 50′ x 20′ and will be clearly marked.

Pricing: A weekend pass is $45, covering the dates 5/29, 5/30, and 5/31. (Checkout Sunday)

Single day passes are not available. 

Camping Schedule

Opening Time: Thursday at 5 PM

Closing Time: Sunday at 12 PM

All weekend campers must vacate the premises by 12 PM on Sunday.

Vehicle and Parking Guidelines

Camping Units: If your unit requires a tow vehicle or if you’re tent camping, the vehicle must stay on your site. It should not be parked in the event parking area of the south field.

Parking Priority: Event attendee parking is a priority. Cooperation is essential to avoid reducing future camping availability.

Non-Permitted Vehicles: Motorized vehicles such as golf carts, side by sides, ride-on lawn mowers, quads, dirt bikes, etc., are not permitted. Bikes and other non-motorized vehicles are allowed.

Additional Trailers: Utility trailers are not allowed. Any trailer parked in event parking areas may be moved or removed at the owner’s expense.

Amenities and Services

No Hookups: There are no electrical, waste, or water hookups available.

Waste Management: There is no waste dump station on-site. For pump-out services, contact Burrows Septic Service at (517) 278-7728.

Outhouses: Provided around the grounds.

Trash Disposal: Please dispose of your trash accordingly, failure to do so could result in an indefinite forfeiture of your camping privileges.

Site Configuration and Safety

Single Unit per Site: Only one camping unit is permitted per site.

Combined Sites: If sites are combined in a “U” formation, the open end must face outward for emergency access. Campsites cannot be fully enclosed. The total number of units cannot exceed the total number of sites combined.

Site Boundaries: You may only occupy your designated site area and nothing more.

Occupancy Limits: You may only have as many people camping on your site as your unit is rated for.

Generators: Use is allowed. Exhaust must be facing away from other sites and units. A vertical Generator Exhaust Venting System is strongly encouraged, but not required at this time.

Rules and Regulations

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all campers.

Camp Fire Regulations: Campfires are allowed. Fires must be contained in a “ring” and must be wood fueled only. No trash burning. No unattended fires. Self contained Propane “fire pits” OK.

Pet Policy: For this event pets are not allowed in the camping area, with the exception of service animals. 

Emergency Contacts: In case of emergencies DIAL 911, then contact event staff at the ticket window or call 517-617-9677.

Check-In Procedure

Self Check-In: Upon arrival, check-in by calling or texting your name and site number to 517-617-9677.

Ticket Window Check-In: If the ticket window is open, you may also check in there.

Mandatory Check-In: Failure to check in may result in the forfeiture of your camping privileges indefinitely.

Camping reservations are non-refundable under any circumstance. Rain-out policies do NOT apply to camping reservations. All sales are FINAL.


WEATHER CONDITIONS

The event is an outdoor motorsports event, and attendees are advised to be prepared for varying weather conditions.

RAIN OUT POLICY

Kubota High Limit Racing will take every action possible to complete events. In the case of inclement weather, however, completion of events may not be possible. Should an event complete all heat races, the event is considered official and refunds will not be available. In the case that heat races are not able to be completed, the event will either be postponed and rescheduled, or canceled. Should the event be postponed, tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date. No refunds will be issued should an event be rescheduled. Should the event be canceled, credit card ticket purchases can be refunded through Ticket Spice, Kubota High Limit Racing’s official ticketing platform. Cash purchases can request a refund by mailing the ticket/pit pass to Kubota High Limit Racing. Refunds for cash purchases must be requested within 30 days of the originally scheduled event date. No refunds will be issued at the venue. Refunds for any other reasons are not available.

CODE OF CONDUCT

Attendees must adhere to a code of conduct that includes but is not limited to respectful and responsible behavior. Fighting and disorderly conduct will not be tolerated. Any attendee violating the code of conduct may be asked to leave the event without a refund. Attendees must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while at the event.

LIABILITY AND RISK

Attendees assume all risks and dangers arising from participation in the event, including but not limited to injury or damage to property. Due to the nature of this event and the track surface, by purchasing a ticket, attendee is aware of and assumes all risks and dangers that they may be struck by flying debris such as, but not limited to, dirt, rocks, car parts and more. Event organizers, sponsors, and the venue are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND RECORDING

Attendees may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. Personal handheld cameras and video recorders are permitted within size limits. Commercial use of handheld cameras and video recorders requires prior consent from Butler Motor Speedway and/or 3rd party affiliated streaming services such as but not limited to FloRacing or DirtVision . Commercial use includes use on social media websites where ad revenue or profit is generated, such as but not limited to YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Live Video Streaming platforms and Websites. Tripods, monopods and other camera support devices in the grandstands are not permitted. Event organizers and venue staff reserve the right to remove any guests, without a refund, who do not cooperate with these policies.

REFUND POLICY

Tickets, in general, are non-refundable with the exception of the Rain Out Policy. Service fees are non-refundable under ANY circumstance INCLUDING rain out.

ANIMALS

Seeing Eye Dogs or other animal assistance utilized by the disabled or visually impaired are welcome with proper documentation. All other animals are prohibited inside the track gates.

LOST & FOUND ITEMS

Inquiries about lost items can be made at the Main Gate Ticket Office during an event or by calling the office on non-race days (Monday-Friday).

RE-ENTRY

General Admission Re-Entry: Guests can obtain a ‘STAMP’ for re-entry upon leaving the track as well as retaining and presenting their ticket. No re-entry without a ‘STAMP.’

These terms and conditions are not limited to the items listed herein. Additional conditions may apply, and attendees are bound by all terms communicated by event organizers, whether listed here or otherwise.
