Butler Motor Speedway has 110 Octane and Methanol on site for purchase. Hoosier tires and commonly used parts are available at the track.


Butler Motor Speedway is a cash only facility. There is no ATM on site.

Butler Motor Speedway welcomes Seeing Eye Dogs or other animal assistance utilized by the disabled or visually impaired. Proper documentation may be requested for these animals prior to entry. All other animals are prohibited inside the track gates.

In the event of inclement weather we will post on our website and on ALL social media prior to the start time. In the event that racing has started, and in the opinion of the track officials, the inclement weather is sufficient to cancel the remainder of the racing events, the show will be considered a complete show if all the heat races are complete. If a race is rescheduled, the ticket is non-refundable. Your ticket is a revocable license. By using this ticket and entering into the facility for this racing event and any related promotions/activities before, during or after the event (collectively the event activities) the holder of the ticket agrees to all of the terms and conditions herein. NO REFUNDS. Butler Motor Speedway is not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced tickets.

Coolers are allowed in the general admission area. The maximum allowed size is 14″ x 14″. Outside food and drinks are allowed, alcoholic beverages included. NO GLASS BOTTLES! NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES IN THE PIT AREA AND PIT GRANDSTANDS.

Guests are welcome to bring cameras and video recorders into the Speedway for personal use. Cameras and video recorders are welcomed provided their dimensions do not exceed the 14″ x 14″ x 14″ size requirement. Guests should not obstruct the views of others while taking pictures. Tripods, monopods and other camera support device is not permitted. We reserve the right to remove any Guests who do not cooperate with this policy.

Camping is available at the track. Camping is only permitted on Friday & Saturday nights. The cost is $15 per night for each unit. Electric, water and waste hookups are not available. There is also no dump station on site.

Guest may inquire about lost and found articles at the Main Gate Ticket Office during an event. On Non-Race days, Monday-Friday guests can call the office at (517) 542-3627.

Pit passes, which allow access to the pit area, are available at all racing events. A pit pass also allows for admission into the grandstand area.

Minors LESS THAN 18 years of age must submit a Parental Consent, Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement/Minor’s Assumption of Risk and Release and Waiver of Liability signed by a parent (or legal guardian). No exceptions. If the waiver is not signed in the presence of an Speedway official, it must be notarized.

Guests can obtain a ‘STAMP’ upon leaving the track that will allow for re-entry to the event. Any guest returning their car or leaving the event for any reason must obtain a ‘STAMP’ or they will not be allowed back in the event.

Seat cushions and Blankets are permitted. Stadium style seats may NOT exceed 18 inches in maximum width in the grandstands or bleachers and cannot have arms/armrests. No high back seats. Please be courteous to those around you.

Located high atop the grandstands, Butler Motor Speedway’s press box features an unequaled viewing platform for watching the notorious action on Butler Motor Speedways high-banked 3/8 mile clay oval.
